General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Scope

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and deliveries in our Grillz shop. By placing an order you accept these terms and conditions.

3. Offers and prices

All offers are subject to change. Prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT.

4th order

The order is placed via our online shop. When we confirm the order, a binding purchase contract is concluded.

5. Terms of payment

Payment can be made by credit card, PayPal, Twint or bank transfer. Payment is due immediately.

6th delivery

Delivery takes place within Switzerland. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days. The exact delivery times are stated on the product page.

7. Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day of delivery of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by means of an unambiguous declaration (e.g. by post or email).

8. Return

In the event of cancellation, you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods. The goods must be returned unworn, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty period of 2 years applies. Defects must be reported within 14 days of discovery.

10. Liability

Our liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. We accept no liability for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Data Protection

We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the legal provisions. You can find our privacy policy on our website.

12. Final provisions

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is 6030 Ebikon. Should individual provisions of these terms and conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
